I developed a passion for bourbon 15 years ago, and continue to share what I've learned with everyone interested.  Through the years, I've discovered that there is an enormous amount of "mis-information" being shared.  Because of this, I undertook the endeavor to become an Executive Bourbon Steward so that I could share accurate and reliable information on America's only whiskey offering - Bourbon.

As an owner/manager of a restaurant or bar, you know that Bourbon has become more popular than ever.  Why not offer a great selection of bourbons that relate to what people like, and provide new offerings that will be equally enjoyed?  Many establishments miss the opportunity to build a larger customer base, and increase their revenue without a good inventory.  I can assist you in building a stronger bourbon inventory/selection that will have your customers bragging to their friends in no time. 

Bourbon Tastings are fun!  My goal is to provide an entertaining and informative event that is memorable and fun!  Bourbon tastings are a great opportunity for you, and your guests, to try different bourbons for future enjoyment.  As the host, you let us know what kinds of bourbon you would like presented.  The best part, you keep the remainder of the bottles after the event!

I provide a personal consultation for owners/managers to establish what your inventory goals are, and provide information on what bourbons are related (and desirable), and the range of choice that you may want to consider.

Hosting a Bourbon Tasting couldn't be more simple.  Contact me to set up a meeting to discuss what kinds of bourbon you would like for the tasting, provide the details of where the event will be held, how many people will attend - and I take care of the rest. 

I can also provide cigars for your event.  Enjoying a great cigar with a fine bourbon will be the exclamation point to a wonderful evening with friends!  

I'm introducing this element of my website because it is nice to have some idea of where to find a nice atmosphere to enjoy bourbon when you're visiting a new city, or just exploring old haunts.  If you visit a city with a great bourbon venue, please let me know.  One of my greatest passions is meeting new people that enjoy bourbon! 

During a recent trip to Denver, I shared bourbon with a few very remarkable people.  Before I go further, let me just tell you that Denver has a big bourbon following, and the inventories in restaurants and bars reflect this.  

If you count yourself lucky enough to travel to Denver's Uptown District, there are a couple of must visit restaurants...that also have a great bourbon selections.  Did I mention that the teams working in these restaurants are incredibly friendly?  The first restaurant that we visited was the Park & Co on East 17th Ave.  Excellent bourbon selection (look for the Pappy), and a very whiskey knowledgeable staff.  If you're lucky to catch Brittany working, she will provide a great bourbon experience.  She is not only knowledgeable, but passionate about making your bourbon experience unforgettable!  

We also visited the Ace Eat Serve restaurant on East 17th Ave.  This is a ramen noodles heaven!  This establishment is a part of the famous Steuben's Restaurant (next door) organization.  Excellent selection of whiskeys, and a great staff.
